Body Wash - Moisten skin with warm water and massage Body Wash onto the body using the hands, a flannel or a sponge. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use in the bath or shower as an alternative to soap.

Shampoo - Use the Shampoo everyday, morning and evening. Apply 50p size amount to wet hair, lather and rinse thoroughly.

Comfort Shave - Massage onto a wet beard and, for best results, leave for one minute to soften the hair. Shave in the direction of hair growth. Rinse razor regularly.

Skin Salvage - Smooth two pumps onto the face and neck.

Vital Gel - Use one pump for both eyes. Apply with fingertip underneath both eyes and around the eye socket. Be careful to avoid the eyelid and the eyelashes.

Energy Rub - Smooth the gel into the treatment area and massage well. A cooling sensation will follow.
